Our in house design team helps you decide on the styles and materials best suited to your needs, and creates custom samples that can include 3D renderings and even print, so you can see your packaging in a working environment before committing to a final design.

Promotional Lorry Box
One of our first projects: a promotional item for customers that represents what we can achieve, promotes the business and keeps our contact details visible. These small Mega-Pak lorries are filled with sweets.
Corrugated Plastic Tray & Fitting
Developed to transport a high quality machined part. Corrugated plastic offers higher protection than board and is quickly produced on our digital cutting table. Foam adds protection and integrated plastic locks keep everything secure.
Custom Shipping Case
A case to transport an expensive, fragile aircraft component. We developed a fitting of ether foam for rigidity and soft foam to protect delicate parts, glued into a corrugated tray, with a strong outer secured by locking hand holes.
Component Box
A customer wanted to see a printed box before full production. We designed the artwork to fit exactly, digitally printed it, laminated it to single wall board and cut it on our Zünd, using reference points to line the print up perfectly.
Protective Shipping Pack
A box that protects a high quality metal finish and allows inspection before unpacking. An ether foam pad cut to the exact shape lets the part be cable tied in place, so it can't move in transit and is only removed after inspection.
Dufaylite Fitting
Fragile components were moving around in transit. We measured the products and designed a fitting that holds them and their accessories in one box, creating a strong, safe shipping pack.
Suspension Pack
A fragile product was being damaged in transit. The brief: keep it away from the box edges and use only recyclable materials. Our team designed a suspension pack with retention panels that does both.
